TASTING NOTES

Colour: straw-yellow with a hint of light green

Nose: fruity, flowery with hints of pineapple, banana and cedar; the aromatic intensity is quite interesting.

Taste: hints, creamy, balanced by a good acid structure.

Serve with: appetizers, fish, raw fish.

Serving temperature: 8 °C

Alcohol content: 11,5% vol
