TASTING NOTES

Colour: slightly straw-yellow with a hint of aquamarine

Nose: concentrated, spicy, the flowery hints stand out over the fruity ones, hints of jasmine and geranium, zesty apple and yellow peach, the nose is particularly delicate and elegant

Taste: soft, sweet at first followed by hints of fruit of great finesse,  hints of citrus; balanced, harmonious with a long and persisting nose-palate finish

Serve with: desserts, small custard-filled confectionery

Serving temperature: 8 °C

Alcohol content: 7,5% vol
